Join me and Juliet Loranger , on the first Thursday evening of each month, for a two hour practice of depth and discovery to reveal and expand your relationship to yoga and yourself. These classes are designed to included information about how to gain a better understanding of yoga asanas (poses). I'm so delighted to be teaching this again. This time, our first meeting will be with all the teachers offering this program at our 3 studios. I'll be offering the course with Dorie O'Halloran and Joan Dwyer. The first meeting is in East Greenwich on Sunday, September 24th from 2-4:30pm. After that, there will be weekly meetings at the Providence studio on Mondays, 7:30-8:45pm. I have found this to be an enriching, nourishing, and supportive course to deepen your practice and to support a new practice.
